A smaller job: new tile floor, vanity, and a medicine cabinet in a narrow bathroom. Some contractors won't bother with a room this size. MG Pro quoted it clearly, showed up when they said they would, and the finish is excellent.

Miguel and his crew took our kitchen down to the studs and put it back together in about six weeks. The cabinet installation and the tile backsplash are the parts guests notice first. What I appreciated most was the daily cleanup and knowing what was happening next.

Stucco repair and replacement windows on the rear of the house. The work is solid, and the back of the house finally looks finished. The schedule slipped about a week because of rain, but they kept us informed and cleaned up at the end of each day.

Our bathroom was gutted and rebuilt, including the shower tile and a new vanity. The tile lines are clean, the glass went in on the day they said, and the painting came out sharp. Being able to discuss everything in Spanish made the process much easier for my parents.

We finished our basement as a playroom with a small office at one end. Framing, drywall, flooring, and trim were handled by the same crew, so there was no gap waiting on another trade. The space is bright and they kept the ceiling height where it needed to be.

Miguel had done work for our family years before, so we were glad when he started MG Pro Renovations. He painted four rooms, installed crown molding in the living room, and built a window seat that looks original to the house. The prep was thorough — every crack and nail hole was dealt with before a brush touched the wall.
