Kitchen Renovation
Kitchen renovations built around the room you have: cabinetry, countertops, backsplash tile, flooring, and paint. Layout changes are planned with the rest of the home in mind, from storage to how the room is used every day.
Services
Residential renovation for homes across New York City and Long Island. The scope can be a single room, a set of finish repairs, or a broader renovation across the interior and exterior.

01 / Renovation
Room-level updates and broader renovations, planned around the existing structure and the way the space needs to work.
Kitchen renovations built around the room you have: cabinetry, countertops, backsplash tile, flooring, and paint. Layout changes are planned with the rest of the home in mind, from storage to how the room is used every day.

Unfinished or dated lower levels turned into usable living space. Scope can include framing, drywall, flooring, trim, paint, and the finish details that make a basement feel like part of the home.
Interior renovations for apartments and houses: room reconfigurations, wall and ceiling work, flooring, trim, and paint. We coordinate the sequence so the construction and finish trades meet cleanly.
Exterior improvements that address how a home looks and how it holds up: façade updates, siding, stucco, masonry work, entry details, and outdoor surfaces.
Roof replacement and repair work, including roofing, sheathing, flashing, and the exterior details that meet the roofline. Existing conditions are reviewed before the scope is set.
02 / Design
Layouts, cabinetry, and finishes reviewed before construction begins, so the scope is settled while changes are still inexpensive.
Three-dimensional design for kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and full-floor renovations. A proposed layout, cabinetry, and finish palette can be reviewed and adjusted before anything is ordered or built.
03 / Construction & finishes
The framing, surfaces, and detail work that make a renovation feel complete. These trades can be part of a larger scope or a focused repair.
Flooring installation in hardwood, engineered wood, laminate, and vinyl, with attention to subfloor preparation, transitions, and the finished edges.
Tile work for kitchens, bathrooms, and other interior surfaces: backsplashes, floors, shower walls, mosaics, and large-format installations. Layouts are set before the first piece is cut.
Interior framing for partitions, closets, soffits, and openings, built to suit the planned layout and the existing structure.
Drywall hanging, taping, patching, and finishing. Walls and ceilings are prepared for paint, with repairs matched to the surrounding surface where possible.
Interior and exterior painting with the preparation that comes first: patching, sanding, priming, and trim work. Guidance on color and finish is available when you want it.
Masonry work in brick, block, concrete, and stone, including walls, steps, patios, and repairs to existing surfaces.
Stucco installation and repair, including base coats, finish texture, and patching that blends into the existing exterior.
Interior and exterior door installation, casings, baseboards, crown molding, and closet trim, fitted and finished to the room.
Kitchen and bathroom cabinet installation, including vanities, fillers, hardware, and the adjustments that make doors and drawers sit correctly. Existing cabinets can be squared and refitted where replacement is not necessary.
Finish carpentry and custom woodwork: shelving, built-ins, trim details, and the carpentry a renovation needs along the way.
Stair repair and installation, including treads and risers, railings, balusters, and new stair construction where the scope calls for it.
